Oh, Happy Weigh!

Yay, finally a loss to report (instead of a subtle gain... not to report!) . I know it‘s not much but it makes me so happy to finally see a loss again and feel like I‘m on the right track.  I now weigh 216 lbs. Since I had put on 4 lbs in the past couple of months, that makes this a 6 lbs loss ... in 5 days. Not bad!

I am tracking what I eat with My Fitness Pal, and I can see that when I stick to the rules of 1 cup of food per meal and having 3 meals a day, heavy on the protein – I don‘t break 1000 calories. MFP wants me to eat 1200 calories a day, but I am normally eating around 900. You trackers, do you find that that sounds  about right for a bandster?

It is now June 15, I have two weeks left of the month. My goal for June was 8 lbs off. I‘ve already taken off 6 lbs. I‘ll revise my goal next Friday if I hit 8 by then...

    I am at around 1300-1400 right now, but I am getting ready to blog about how I have NO RESTRICTION!!!!! I'm just freaking back to old Michelle. My surgery was May 23rd...I'm completely healed up and I guess I need a fill. Its scheduled for June 26th. I'm not planning on a weight loss for JUNE at all. I called my doc and my nutritionist yesterday...both on VACATION until June 22nd. I'm just hangining on for dear life. I hope I dont eat myself to death over the next 7 days.

    I added you - don't be alarmed by my Halloween costume in my profile picture! haha

    I know how you feel though. I remember being blissfully without an appetite for about two days after my surgery and them BAM, I was ravenous. I would just keep a protein shake with me and take little sips constantly. I wouldn't be consuming any more than if I drank it all in one go at meal time, but it kept the hunger at bay for me.

    Bandster hell is nooooo fun. Are you on solids yet?
