Oh, Happy Weigh!
Yay, finally a loss to report (instead of a subtle gain... not to report!) . I know it‘s not much but it makes me so happy to finally see a loss again and feel like I‘m on the right track. I now weigh 216 lbs. Since I had put on 4 lbs in the past couple of months, that makes this a 6 lbs loss ... in 5 days. Not bad!
I am tracking what I eat with My Fitness Pal, and I can see that when I stick to the rules of 1 cup of food per meal and having 3 meals a day, heavy on the protein – I don‘t break 1000 calories. MFP wants me to eat 1200 calories a day, but I am normally eating around 900. You trackers, do you find that that sounds about right for a bandster?
It is now June 15, I have two weeks left of the month. My goal for June was 8 lbs off. I‘ve already taken off 6 lbs. I‘ll revise my goal next Friday if I hit 8 by then...
